Darby Pollock - Founder and Owner
Darby Pollock is the co-founder of the soul barn brand and founder/CEO of Sage Horse, the barn management company overseeing every aspect of pasture management and equine care. She is also the brilliant visionary behind the leading-edge equine programming being developed here. Having accumulated a little herd of her own, Darby is the rescuer to six very special horses at the barn.
K. (Karen) Jones - Head Trainer
K. (Karen) Jones is also known as the "Horse Listener". She is one of the top equine leadership/companion trainers in the country and now spends most of her time here at her home barn. Karen's methodology has helped riders and non-riders alike build a soul-deep connection with horses taking them each on a journey of life-changing transformation.
Amber McDevitt - Assistant Manager
Lighthearted and fun-loving, detailed oriented and organized. Amber makes sure the soul barn herd is well-cared for and the daily routine is running smoothly.
Chentil Smith - Barn Assist
Having grown up with horses, Chentil has an innate understanding of equine needs. Radiating joy in all she does, Chentil's presence brightens the stable and uplifts all who encounter her.
Josh Koenig - Barn Assist
Josh brings a special touch to our equine haven. His keen attention to detail ensures that every aspect of our pasture, grounds, and facility is meticulously cared for and maintained. Josh's passion for nurturing nature is evident in his dedication to growing lush grass and vibrant flowers.
